Your order would take 1-5 days to prepare (depends on what you ordered), and the shipping usually would take 4-10 business days (USA) or 5-25 business days (other countries) to deliver. The shipping time is estimated by the postal service in your country, the actual shipping time might vary if there are customs inspections, restrictions, extreme weather or other reasons. Hello Jerry, Thank you for your review! We don't quite understand your questions and we have been trying to reach you. Your leather case is checked carefully before shipping, it works with the Apple's official MagSafe charger and the Type-C cable. I can understand you are facing some problem so we are looking forward to your reply!

About Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
Our home studio is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE4188172549255. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
1 • Before placing an order, what do I need to know? 🤔
Thank you for visiting our shop! 😊 We truly want you to feel happy with the item(s) you want because we handcrafted it not only by our hands and skills, also with our hearts! It's not easy to handcraft a leather item.
Since the item(s) would be uniquely made according to your selections (made-to-order), so please read the item descriptions, our shop policies (FAQ section) and choose carefully! Once you have placed your order, it means you have read the descriptions and policies and willing to follow the rules! 😃
The purpose of the policies is to let you know our shop's basic rules! We made it simple and reasonable for you and us. If you have any questions, please contact us! We will chat like friends. ❤
2 • There are certain situations where we cannot refund or exchange the item(s) 🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♂️:
A- Used item(s) (If you have used it, it means you love it and you will keep it!)
B- Hygiene, wear and tear, ageing
C- Item(s) with special discounts (except sales events)
D- Customised item(s), discontinued item(s), legacy item(s)
E- Digital downloads
F- Tools, Art Pieces
G- Item(s) that is over 14 days of delivery
H- Item(s) that is still on the way to you (see “Shipping” point 3)
I- Buyer/3rd party's Modifications
J- Damage caused by improper of use
K- Not in its original condition (We will verify with the photo and video record)

3 • I think the item is not suitable for me, what should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery! We are happy to assist you to find the item you love most and exchange it, or a refund for your purchase. Please ensure your item is not in one of the listed status above (FAQ no.2) and contact us through Etsy message.
*Please note* If you are ordering leather cases for legacy iPhone models (iPhone 12 series or older), it cannot be returned or exchanged! If you have any questions, please contact us!
3a • If you would like to exchange your order
You can exchange your order ONCE. Please kindly contact us for a return shipping address and ship the item(s) via any available postal service. (Buyers are responsible for the return shipping!) Please also provide a photo of the return shipping receipt after posting.
We will start making the new item when the returned parcel on is on the way back. The new item(s) will be dispatched when the original item is returned. You might need to pay the shipping fee for the new item(s) to ship. If you selected a higher-priced item, you will also needs to pay for the price difference along with the shipping fee (if there is any).
3b • If you would like a refund for your order
Please kindly contact us for a return shipping address and ship the item(s) via any available postal service! (Buyers are responsible for the return shipping!) Please also provide a photo of the return shipping receipt after posting.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify its condition based on the photo/video we recorded before shipping and contact you. A refund will be issued in 1-2 business days if it qualifies for return.
We will deduct a handling fee $25USD or 27.5% (for which is lesser) from the refund. The reason of the handling fee is for logistic expense and the non-reclaimable tax charged by the customs. If there is any overages, we will refund the amount to you very quickly!
Is the shipping fee refundable? 🤔
If your item has not been shipped and a shipping label is not purchased for your order, shipping fee is refundable. If the item has been shipped or a shipping label has been purchased for your order, shipping fee is non-refundable under any condition because it was all paid to the courier.
Is the leather item(s) water-proof? 🤔
The leather items are not water-proof because of the material’s permeable nature. Although the leather item(s) we made can resist certain amount of water (we applied water-resist treatments for every new item(s)), ultimately it should not be exposed to water or chemical such as perfume, cosmetics or cleaning products as this may lead to discoloration and other results.
About the delivery time... 🤔
The delivery time is estimated by the couriers. Although there is no guarantee on the actual delivery date, it usually arrives in time! If delay happens (e.g. inspections), no worries! We will contact the courier for assistance and please allow more time to ship!

I want to cancel my order after 2 hours of purchase!
If we have started working on your leather item(s), we would deduct 12% of the item price for the material and time loss (e.g. leather has been colored). We are transparent to our guests, you can always ask us to take photos to show your order’s progress.
If your item(s) is customised, it cannot be cancelled if we have started working on your item(s)! Thank you for your understanding.
